Full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner Job, Reading

The practice delivers care to a large population of circa 15,000 patients in the Reading community. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be working alongside a team of ANPs and be supported be an effective management and admin structure. The practice has a near perfect QoF score which it strives to maintain with exceptional patient care.

Key Duties



Your duties will be a mix of telephone and face to face consultations which will be organised by a work-flow optimisation system in place to assist you. The practice is keen on efficiency and organisation so it is essential that you are proactive in prioritising your day.



You will support the GP team and work alongside a team of ANPs. You will be autonomously assessing and prescribing to your patients.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements



You will have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification, be NMC registered and hold a prescribing qualification.

• ANP with prescribing qualification essential
• Primary care experience essential
