There is extensive clerical and clinical support in place resulting in a well organised surgery and well managed workload. This is a very innovative surgery and is always looking to implement new ideas which will improve conditions for their GP's.

The successful candidate will ensure that clinical services comply with and work within CQC regulations and requirements. As GP lead you will provide consultations and perform health screens with our patients within this private clinic, providing the highest level of patient care.

Key Duties

In addition to working within the service, the role of the GP Clinical Lead will be to provide leadership in Clinical Governance matters, as well as to provide mentorship, guidance and support to practice Practitioners working within the services. The GP Clinical Lead is an integral member of the practice Senior Management Team (SMT) and will participate in key decisions relating to the management and strategic direction of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a salaried position with additional responsibility.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Full GMC Registration, MBChB or equivalent

• UK permit or right to work in the United Kingdom

• GP Vocational or additional experience in Practice

• MRCGP
