Hybrid Salaried GP

Background -

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salaried GP to take on a role in a practice that prioritises work/life balance for all its staff. This surgery is highly forward-thinking, always looking to utilise the latest technological and clinical developments available to it within primary care.

With this hybrid position you will have the ability to work remotely for part of the week and work the rest in surgery seeing patients face-to-face. The ability to work remotely helps with work/life balance and you will still be given dedicated amin time as well!

Salary - £10,250 - £11,000 per session + BMA contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Your role -

• Work remotely for part of your week
• 3 - 7 sessions per week
• Very low home-visiting numbers
• 14 patient contacts per session
• 10 - 15-minute appointments
• Streamlined admin to reduce workload
• Supportive of specialist interest development
