Your role:

• 3 days available - min 2 days per week
• 1 hour long health assessment or 15 minute appointments (15 apps per day max)
• Providing Care as part of a connected health approach to other services
• Provide full Primary care services, including Family Planning, Chronic Disease Management, Sexual Health Advice, Vaccinations, Travel Advice, and enhanced services
• No home visiting
• No Duty Doctor
• No extended hours
• Generous admin time
