Salaried GP or Partner GP, Worthing

Background -

An opportunity to work in an excellent GP Training practice, purpose-built building on the edge of Worthing. The practice has a much younger patient base than other practices in Worthing and is low-visiting. The practice is initially looking for a Salaried GP but there is scope to progress to a GP Partner.

Salary - £9,000 - £9,500 per session + full indemnity cover + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

The surgery -

• GP Training practice
• Outstanding new building offering a superb working environment
• Working with an affluent/mixed patient base with a good variety
• Very low numbers of care home visits
• Team of permanent GPs, Nurse Prescriber, Pharmacist
• Excellent admin processes in place including workflow optimisation
• High QOF achieving
• Allied healthcare professionals onsite including MSK, ENT and visiting Consultants

Your role -

• Salaried GP or Partner GP
• 4 - 8 sessions per week
• 14 patients per session
• Very low home visits - 1 per week
• To work as part of a team that is well-supported and helps each other out
