Salaried GP, Liverpool

Description

Work as a salaried GP for a practice that offer Tier 2 sponsorship and are geared towards addressing the challenges primary care currently faces. This is an opportunity to join a surgery where the thoughts and ideas of their GPs are respected and actioned. Based within Sefton CCG, this is a forward-thinking area, where new services and ideas can come to fruition, much quicker. You'll have support from an excellent team, that work hard to protect their GPs. They are determined to keep patient numbers reasonable and provide a genuine work/life balance. Unlike a traditional sessional model, you will work on an hourly basis and once your shift has finished, any work outstanding is picked up by somebody else thus alleviating burnout and working later than necessary.

Salary

• Circa £75,000 - £90,000 + CPD (based on 37.5 hours and depending on experience)
• Pension
• 10% CPD paid on top of salary
• Payment of indemnity fees

Your role

• Up to full time, part-time may be available if desired
