Salaried GP, Fleetwood

Background
An outstanding training practice are currently recruiting for a salaried GP or salaried GP with a view to partnership for a practice in Fleetwood. This practice is part of the Fleetwood primary care homes pilot and works actively with other health care professionals in the area to provide high quality care. The surgery has put a lot of work into developing a triage system designed to reduce unnecessary appointments to Salaried GPs and GP Partners, thereby freeing up time to spend on more relevant patients. Appointment numbers are very reasonable, and the home visit ratio is very low.


Salary

• £9,000 - £10,000 per session as a salaried GP
• Payment of Indemnity Fees
• BMA model contract

Your role

• Up to 8 sessions per week, PT considered
• You will receive your own, spacious consultation room
• Very reasonable patient numbers; circa 30 face to face per day
• Low home visit ratio
• Very effective triage system; designed to reduce GP workload
• Weekly meetings; lots of contact with your colleagues
• Newly Qualified GP welcome
