Maternity Cover GP (12 months), North Reading

Background -

A rare opportunity to work in an affluent area north of the river in Reading, excellent for GPs who live in Caversham, Sonning and north towards Wallingford. The practice is highly-regarded, a training practice, and offers its GPs an excellent work-life balance.

Initially the practice is looking for a fixed-term of 12 months but there is potential for the role to become permanent.


Salary - £9,000 - £9,500 per session + paid CPD + 6 weeks leave + 1 week study leave

Your role -

• Circa 6 sessions
• Reasonable workload of 15 patients per session
• Low visiting (0-1 per day)
• Duty doctor pro-rata'd, 6 sessions would be 3 per month
