OPENINGS: Our clients are looking for several full-time family physicians/GPs to join their multidisciplinary clinics, offering flexible work hours and that elusive work-life balance. Our feature vacancies include one in Toronto’s North York neighbourhood and one in Ottawa, close to Algonquin College.

The clinics offer billing support and full software orientation to their new GPs. Payment structure is fee-for-service (work more—earn more) for the Ottawa vacancy and Family Health Organization (FHO) for the Toronto position. The range of potential annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000+ (£280,000- 350,000). Further details are available on application.

Clinic Details:

The Toronto clinic is located in Toronto’s North York neighbourhood, close to central North York and the parks, cycle paths, dog parks, schools, and cafés of this modern area. This clinic has a patient base of young families, light industry, and retirees. This is a great opportunity for a GP who desires a cosmopolitan lifestyle. You will be part of a team of eight family physicians and specialists, including a physiatrist, social workers, RNs, NPs, and Allied Health professionals (physiotherapy, chiropractic, chiropody).

The Ottawa clinic is close to Algonquin College, and has a mixed demographic of college-age students and adults. Ottawa has the all the benefits a small city can provide: easy commutes, a neighbourly community, abundant outdoor opportunities: parks/lakes/hiking/biking/skiing/skating, etc., along with great schools. The Ottawa team includes multiple family doctors and hematologists. Both clinics have a pharmacy on site.

Some of the advantages of working with these clinic owners: no-charge guidance will be provided with Canadian credentialing. These clinics are an excellent opportunity to obtain a great work-life balance close to quality schools, parks and culture. There are no home visits, no late nights and no hospital visits. If your child has an event after school, you can be there, or if you want to meet your friends after work, you can be there too.

Both Toronto and Ottawa offer flights to the UK (7 hours), as well as to the beaches of the Caribbean (3 to 4 hours) for a quick getaway. You will enjoy the full support of the clinic owners, who are also GPs, and their teams.
