Salary – £11,000 - £12,000 per session plus indemnity

Location – Basingstoke

The surgery –

• Large GP Training Practice
• Fantastic feedback from several Salaried GPs recruited in recent years
• Flexible start and finish times
• Mixed demographic offering a little bit of everything
• Committed to reducing GP workload
  • Technology developed in-house aiding triage and workflow
  • Paramedics conducting majority home visits
  • Dedicated pathology sessions minimising the build up of admin
• Twice-daily coffee break every morning and afternoon
• SystmOne

Your role –

• 4 or more sessions – full-time available
• Sustainable workload consisting of:
  • 13 patients per session (circa 10 pre-booked, 3 same-day)
  • 15-minute appointments
• Working in small teams of GPs with the team having its own patients – promotes continuity of care but collaboration too
• Variety of sessions to include routine appointments, triage and Duty team oversight, pathology and prescribing
• No Saturdays required
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
