Salaried GP

Here we have a fantastic Salaried GP position with a practice that can offer tremendous flexibility to GPs, as well as amazing support from a multi-disciplined team of clinicians and massively reduced admin! As a Salaried GP, you will have 28 booked patient contacts per day for a routine clinic. You will have NO DUTY CLINIC and no extended hours! This practice is highly forward-thinking and is always looking at ways to implement new technology where possible.

This surgery is also a Research Practice and very keen to help GPs develop and progress clinically and professionally. Offering an incredibly competitive sessional rate of up to £13,000 per session and paying your indemnity, what’s not to love?!

Salary – £12,000 – £13,000 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Havant area

The surgery

• Mixed demographic, ranging from deprived to affluent and paediatrics to geriatrics
• Can offer immense flexibility to GPs, be that with admin, hours or workload
• Research Practice – happy to support a GP to become a trainer
• Excellent multi-disciplined clinical team in place for support
• Workflow team making sure only essential admin is given to GPs
• CQC Good and high-performing on QOF

Your role –

• 4 – 6 sessions per week
• 28 booked appointments per day
• Up to 15 minutes per appointment
• Minimal home visits
• No duty clinic
• No extended hours
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
