Background

Do you want to see fewer patients per day and spend more time with the patients you do see?

Do you want to never worry again the night before a full day of duty?  

Do you want your evenings and weekends to be your own?

Do you want your lunch break to be a lunch break and not used for squeezing in home-visits?

Salary – Up to £12,000 per session

Location – Maidstone area (easily commutable from Staplehurst, Ashford, etc).

The surgery                                                       

• A well-established group of Salaried GPs
• Multi-disciplined team, including ANP, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and more
• Highly organised admin and management team, including IT and Compliance Leads
• CQC Good and high achievers with QOF scores
• Lovely building with modern clinical and treatment rooms

Your role –

• 4 – 8 sessions per week Salaried GP
• 15-minute appointments
• 12 patients contacts per session
• No extended hours
• Only one session of duty clinic per week
• Minimum amount of home-visits
