The role is at a surgery with a list size of circa 5,000 with an existing team of GP Partners and Salaried GPs.

The practice as a high QOF score and Good CQC report and is well regarded locally. The workload is extremely well managed with 14 AM and 10 PM pre booked consultations. Home visits are low due to the home visiting service attached to the PCN. There would be support on offer for those wanting to develop interest areas or to get involved in teaching and training.

They currently have a multi-disciplinary team of 2 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses, HCA and Phlebotomist. The clinical team is supported by our experienced admin team which is led by a Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager.

GPs have access to a number of clinical and non clinical support staff provided by the PCN, which include Clinical Pharmacists, physiotherapists, and social prescribing team. The surgery also houses ultrasound services and a Mental Health nurse clinic.

The surgery operates on EMIS web, is based in a purpose built surgery and there is onsite parking.


Key Duties

• Seeking Salaried GP, 4 sessions across Mon/Tues/Wed, with one later finish at 8PM.
• Patient list size of circa 5,000
• Team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
• Excellent clinical support including Practice Nurses, Physician Associates and Physio
• Home visiting service so home visits are low
• Uses EMIS Web
• 14 AM and 10 PM pre booked consultations plus couple of extras
• High QOF score
