GP Partner

Here we have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to get into a GP Partnership position! This will be a challenging role where you can really put your stamp on how the practice moves forward, both clinically and managerially. By driving change in the surgery, you will make a massive difference to the local patient population and community as a whole. Working alongside a highly experienced admin team, you will play a part in making changes to the practice, ranging from the building itself, the clinical set up, the IT systems and more!

You will really have the chance to make the role your own and implement forward-thinking changes where required. It’s a wonderful opportunity for anyone who really wants to get their teeth into a role where they can roll up their sleeves and make a real difference!

Salary – Up to £198,000 per annum + NHS pension + 7 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Fareham area

The surgery

Your role –

• Minimum of 6 sessions per week up to 10
• Run the practice alongside your dedicated team
• Focus on managerial, clinical and business aspects of being a Partner
• 15-minute appointments
• Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
• Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
