Please read on to discover more about an excellent practice near Hailsham seeking to bring in a new Salaried GP with clear path to Partnership within a few months for the right person.

The role is at a high achieving practice with Good CQC and high QOF ratings. There is a stable team of existing GPs along with a team of clinical support staff and excellent admin function resulting in a well managed workload and therefore a healthy work life balance. The practice is a teaching practice so there will be opportunities to get involved in teaching as well as support on offer to develop interest areas.


Key Duties
  • Seeking Salaried GP with Partnership Aspirations
  • Ideally 6 sessions a week
  • Well managed workload of 25 consultations per day
  • Low home visits
  • Flexible session start and finish times
  • Patient list size of circa 7,000
  • Team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
  • Clinical support staff including ANP's, Paramedics, HCAs and support from Clinical Pharmacists
  • Excellent Admin team
  • Teaching Practice
  • Support for development



Package and Benefits
  • £11,500 per session per annum

  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 1 week CPD leave

  • Contract in line with BMA model contract



Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
