Please read on to discover more about a high achieving and well run practice near Crawley seeking a 4 session Salaried GP.

The role is with a supportive and friendly Partnership offering support for development and flexible working arrangements for GPs with commitments outside of work. There is a very well managed workload on offer of 15 consultations per session with f2f appointments being run at 15 minutes. Duty doctor is done on a rota basis and there are no expectations for the incoming GP to cover extended hours. The surgery uses Systm One. There is a strong team of existing GPs as well as an extensive clinical support team including ACP, Paramedic, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists. Admin is well looked after by a comprehensive team of administrators and secretaries.


Key Duties
  • Salaried GP Role
  • 4 Sessions per week (Tues/Fri)
  • List size of circa 10,000
  • Team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
  • Excellent clinical and clerical support in place
  • 15 consults per session
  • 15 minute f2f appointment times
  • Duty doc on a rota basis
  • Systm One
  • Support on offer for developing interest areas
  • Very low home visits
  • On site parking
  • Purpose built surgery

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
