Salaried GP Job, Thame

Fantastic practice offering progression opportunities for a Salaried GP in the Thame area of Oxfordshire.

This is a friendly and forward thinking practice that has experienced some natural growth in its patient list. There is now an opportunity available which is ideally suited to a GP seeking a supportive environment in a pleasant, semi rural location.

The practice is part of a small group based in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire border area. You will be based in this site and work with a stable and skilled team including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, Physician Associates, Nurses and Pharmacists.

This is a very well managed practice with an experienced management team in place, you will benefit from regular training and progression opportunities and have the chance to get involved with GP training if you wish. There is a great learning and development environment to enjoy.

You will be working in a purpose built health centre which is in a semi rural location in the Thame area. There is parking on site and you can easily reach the practice from Oxford and Aylesbury.

Key Duties

• 4-8 sessions available
• Excellent training practice
• Options for development including becoming a GP trainer
• Support for all levels of experience
• Single site working unless covering for occasional leave etc.
• EMIS
• Professional development and support
• Working within a strong MDT
  
  

Package and Benefits

• £11,000 - £12,000 per session
• £96,000 full time equivalent, depending on experience
• NHS Pension
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave
