Salaried GP

Background

Here we have an opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a forward-thinking practice with a close-knit and passionate team, within a truly lovely practice environment near Haywards Heath. The practice is highly supportive of career progression and development and offers some really unique opportunities for GPs. Looking after staff is of the highest priority here, so the admin team help to streamline your day immensely, along with a capped duty list of 30 patients per day and a capped routine list of 27 patients. Appointments are 15 minutes and you will have next-to-no home visits. The extended hours are optional too.

Salary – £10,000 – £11,000 per session + indemnity + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

• In a relatively affluent area with a well-educated demographic Multi-disciplined team, including Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and more Very low number of home visits – the practice as a whole only has about five per month! Highly organised admin team who help streamline GP workload massively! A nice building and practice environment Supportive of specialist interests and supporting new interests

Your role –

• 4 – 8 sessions per week One dedicated admin session per week Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments Very manageable duty workload as part of a team, capped at 30 patients per day Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients No extended hours
