Practice Business Manager Role, Peterborough

Practice Business Manager job, paying £50,000-£55,000, NHS pension enrolment

We are currently looking to recruit a Practice Business Manager for a GP practice located in the Peterborough area. The ideal candidate will already have some management experience within a primary care setting, if not then some experience within secondary care would be considered. The role will require you to work with closely with the GP Partners and other members of the management team to ensure the smooth running and success of the practice which will involve business management, finance, planning and HR. The partners are looking for someone to provide proactive leadership and effective management.

Key Duties

• Full time hours required - 37.5-40 hours a week
• Responsible for the day to day running of the practice, working closely GP Partners and other members of the management team
• The practice has a list size of 10,000 plus patients
• Large modern purpose built health centre premises
• Parking available
• Training practice
• GMS Contract
• SystmOne practice software

Package and Benefits

• £50,000-£55,000 FTE basic salary, dependent on experience
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
• NHS Pension enrolment
• There may be opportunity for bonus or partnership

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Primary care management experience desirable
• May consider a manager with secondary care experience
