Salaried GP Role, Aylesbury

Excellent practice in Aylesbury now offering a Salaried GP position for between 4-8 sessions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP who is looking for a supportive practice. The practice is now looking to offer either a part time or a full time position in Aylesbury, with up to 8 sessions available per week.

The practice operates from a single site which is purpose built and offers modern consulting spaces. You will be working within a strong clinical team led by GP Partners, amongst other Salaried GPs, a full Nursing team, and support from additional staff including a Pharmacist. The practice operates using EMIS and you will be given a full clinical induction when you start.

There will be lots of opportunity to get involved in teaching and training, the practice is keen to encourage your ongoing professional development. If you have a Special Interest Area, the practice will be happy to discuss how they can support you with this. This role will be ideally suited to a GP of any experience level, they are happy to support a newly qualified GP in addition to one who is seeking further progression including Partnership. Partnership can be discussed after 12 months of employment.

Key Duties

• Salaried GP
• 4-8 sessions per week
• Days flexible

• Telephone and face to face appointments
• 15 patients per session
• Duty Dr is allocated on a rota basis (circa 1 session per 4 sessions each week)
• Minimal home visits
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team
• Chance to do teaching and training
• Support with special interest areas
• Discussions for Partnership open after 12 months
