Located in a residential area with lots of local amenities nearby, this is a well placed practice with a population of around 8,000 patients.

Patient care is at the heart of this team, and they are well integrated with the local CCG as demonstrated with their involvement in the My Care, My Way initiative for their elderly population.

As the Practice Nurse, you will be working closely with the GP team and have the support of HCAs. There is a full reception team to deal with initial queries and administrative matters, and your clinical duties will cover a wide variety of clinics including smears, immunisations and chronic diseases.

The practice has a rating of Good by the CQC and will support your development as a permanent member of the team. You will be working from just one site which is easily reached on public transport, ideally for full time. Ongoing development is available however you must have previously worked as a Practice Nurse in order to qualify for this post.
