Salaried GP

Background

This is an opportunity to work as a Salaried GP within and friendly practice with an Innovation Award winning senior partner at the helm who is passionate about continuity of care and implementing ideas to improve patient care and staff wellbeing. The surgery boasts an excellent support team including several ANP's, Practice nurses, an Assistant practitioner, trainee nurses and a clinical pharmacist, plus valuable staff via their PCN.

They have put a lot of work into streamlining administration for the GPs and are always looking at further ways to improve their service and the workloads of their team. They are keen on hearing your ideas and hiring a GP who wants to help drive the practice forward. This practice is also in the process of becoming a Tier 2 sponsor.



Salary

• Circa £91,800 - £99,000 FTE
• NHS Pension + Indemnity + BMA style contract

• Radcliffe, Manchester

Your role

• 6 - 8 sessions a week
• This is a highly organised practice in terms of workflow
• 30 patients a day, however, you're in control of how you structure your day
