Partner GP

Background -

A unique opportunity to join a hugely successful Practice in West Gloucestershire as a GP Partner. The Practice is going through a period of change and is looking to add a forward-thinking GP to their team to help shape their future. There is a small buy-in to the practice, especially given the size of the opportunity.

As a Partner at this Practice, you'll benefit from very high drawings, 15-minute appointments and only 22-25 patients per day.

Location - West Gloucestershire


The surgery -

• Progressive, innovative take on general practice
• High achieving across CQC and QOF
• Training Practice
• Diverse team with a cohesive atmosphere

• Room for progression within the practice and PCN
• Mentoring and support for newly qualified GPs

Your role -

• Partner GP
• 6-8 sessions per week
• 15-minute appointments
• Very limited patient contacts, 22-25 per day
• Minimal home visits, 1 per day on average
• Only half a day of duty doctor at a time, never be on call for a full day again!
• Heavily restricted admin due to efficient protocols and processes in place
