Please read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to have a real say and to reimagine a successful and well-established surgery in Brighton due to imminent retirements.

There would be substantial resources available to you to do this and the practice are seeking both a Lead GP and a Salaried GP. The existing management team are looking to overhaul the entire model of primary care provided. This will involve looking afresh at the balance of staffing and skill mix and integrating the PCN-funded staff. There are also plans to move into new premises in 2023/24. This is a really exciting role perfect for someone seeking to really make their mark in a practice.



Key Duties
  • Anywhere between 4 and 8 sessions available
  • Flexible on working days
  • Excellent practice manager and admin team in place
  • Well trained nursing and HCA team
  • List size of circa 8,000
  • High QOF Score
  • Good CQC Report




Package and Benefits
  • £10,000 to £11,000 per session
  • Indemnity fees covered
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 1 week CPD leave
  • NHS Pension enrolment
  • Contract in line with BMA model contract

Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
