Excellent new opening for a Partner GP in a successful and friendly site in Leighton Buzzard. The practice operates from a single site which you are welcomed to visit.

The practice is based in Leighton Buzzard and has a historical Good CQC report. It is a long standing practice that prides itself on excellent staff retention, a testament to its nurturing working environment. This is a training practice that takes on registrars so there is a range of experience within the clinical team.

As the newest Partner, you will be taking over from one of their long standing Partners that is nearing retirement. You will lead a strong clinical team which includes GPs, Nurses, Physician Associates. The practice provides primary care services to just over 10,000 patients from a purpose built premises.


Key Duties
  • 8 sessions a week available
  • 2 admin sessions for 6 clinical sessions
  • Average of 15 patient contacts per session
  • Practice offering excellent patient continuity
  • Highly effective Practice Manager who oversees a very well organised practice
  • Very effective admin team to minimise clerical tasks
  • On-site parking
  • SystmOne practice software
  • Very stable, friendly and cohesive team with long staff retention
  • Clear support to develop new or continue existing interest clinic
