Please read on to find out more about a superb practice seeking a Salaried GP in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area.

The role is at a very forward thinking practice, constantly looking to bring in innovative working methods and different clinical support staff to ease the burden on the GPs and reduce the workload. There is extensive support on offer for developing interest areas and get involved in teaching and training. The workload is very well managed with a reasonable number of consultations per session, very low home visits and a well managed duty doctor system. They have recently implemented an effective work flow optimisation system meaning admin is low.

Key Duties
  • Seeking 4 to 6 sessions per week
  • Friendly and supportive environment
  • Well managed workload of circa 15 consultations per session
  • Low home visits
  • Duty Dr done on rota
  • List size of circa 10,000
  • Managed by strong and stable team of existing Partners and
  • Salaried GPs
  • Comprehensive clinical support team including ANP, Paramedics,
  • Pharmacists, Nurses etc
  • Strong clerical support and management team
  • Medical secretaries in place
  • Surgery use docman
  • Effective work flow optimisation system in place
  • Use Emis Web
  • Soon to be a training practice


Package and Benefits
  • £10,500 to £11,000 per session per annum
  • Indemnity covered
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 1 week CPD leave
  • NHS pension enrolment
  • Contract in line with the BMA model contract


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list Can consider newly qualified GP'
