Salaried GP

Background

We are recruiting a 4-8 session Salaried GP/GP Partner for a high performing practice that is heavily embedded in the local community with a well-established, diverse and inclusive team who work collaboratively to fully support each other.

The practice constantly review how they work to relieve GP pressure so employ a full time ACP, full time Pharmacist and have just signed up to Physician Associate mentoring scheme taking 1st and 2nd years students as of October. You will benefit from just 15 patient contacts per session with 2 x 15 minute 'comfort breaks' per session, allowing for catch up if needed, along with daily 30-minute peer reviews/coffee break. The practice has recently revaluated their data processing and have streamlined this significantly to reduce letters seen by GPs by a huge 90%!

Salary - up to £94,500 + BMA model contract + Indemnity paid + NHS pension

Your role

• 4 - 8 sessions per week
• A reasonable number of patient contacts
• Develop your specialist interests; enjoy working within a supportive and highly skilled team
• No weekends or OOH
• Daily meetings
