Salaried GP

Background -

Here we have a fantastic opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a forward-thinking practice that is aiming for CQC Outstanding status! This large team of GPs is well supported by a multi-disciplined team of clinicians, within a very friendly environment and atmosphere.

With minimal visits, 14 patients per session and 15-minute appointments, the workload and work/life balance is priority number one for this practice. They want to look after their staff, so that they can look after their patients in turn.

A coffee break in the morning session adds to the team's social attitude and a highly reduced admin workload, dealing with around three letters per day, has helped with this surgery's excellent staff retention!

Salary - £10,000 - £10,500 per session + BMA contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

• Minimal paperwork - average of only three letters per day
• Encouragement to take on additional areas of interest
