GP Partner Role, Leighton Buzzard

Very reputable practice based in the Leighton Buzzard area that are seeking a GP Partner.

The practice have had some recent growth and a retirement, so they now have a rare opening within the Partnership for a new GP to join. With multiple sites and a Good CQC this is an interesting and exciting role.

You will be joining a well respected practice in the Leighton Buzzard area, that provides care to approximately 20,000 patients. The practice does have three sites, however you can choose where to be based, with an element of multi-site working on occasion.

The team are skilled and experienced, with longevity of service too. It is GP Partner led with support of Salaried GPs, a Nursing team and also attached community staff. The workload is very manageable with a total of 16 patients per session, using Emis. Home visits are rare and fairly allocated.

This is a training practice that is well affiliated with the PCN and University, you will have opportunities for a more portfolio role here as you could get involved with training. There are also considerations made for all clinical interest areas.
