The Salaried GP team benefit in this role from working within a superb, open door culture where the team get together regularly for coffee meetings and discuss both business and clinical topics.  The GP and wider team work well together generating a positive environment for both staff and patients that enhances the patient journey making your role that little bit easier.

The continuity of care and workflow efficiency is important so where possible resources work together for patients so that most issues are dealt with from minimal appointments, reducing repeat visits thus workload in the long run. The practice are able to do this by utilising the wider team of Clinical Pharmacists, Nurse and Nurse Practitioners, Physios and other allied healthcare professionals, alongside the GP team, so that as much can be done without multiple return visits.

The Salaried GP team also benefit from an advanced yet easy to use new I.T system that automates and standardises templates for administration making the workflow process seamless with quality-controlled data, which is user friendly for the General Practitioner.

The successful General Practitioner will benefit from flexibility with sessions, well-trained support staff and experienced management team, as well as a great friendly atmosphere whilst being supported with any interests you may have.

This role is suitable for both newly qualified and those who are already an established General Practitioner.

Details and Requirements:

Location: Hinckley (Warwickshire/Leicestershire border)

Sessions: Flexible on sessions

Salary Range (WTE): £negotiable + Indemnity + NHS Pension + 6 weeks holiday + Study Leave + BH

Registration Requirements: Full GMC Registration
