Background -

You will be joining a successful Training Practice in an idyllic village setting on the edge of the Mendip Hills.
The practice is very well thought of by their local community as well as their trainees as evidenced by their retention of ST3s through to Salaried GPs and ultimately Partnership - over half of the current Partners were one-time trainees at the practice.
The team are hard-working and passionate and they have addressed the increasing challenges facing General Practice with a lower workload, prioritising longer time with each patient rather than a conveyor belt in and out model, the creating of an admin hub with multi-skilled team members and a home-visiting team leaving minimal left for GPs to do.
The practice offers the ideal mix of traditional, community values as well as dynamism and forward thinking attitudes with over half of the Partners under 40.

Salary - £9,300 - 9,700 per session plus indemnity and BMA contract

Location - Chew Valley area, easily commutable from Bristol and Bath

Your role -

• Salaried GP
• 4 or more sessions per week
• 15 minute appointments
• 20-24 contacts per day
• 0-1 visits per month
• Half-day Duty only
• Interests encouraged - healthy for GPs to have additional passions
