SALARIED GP –Burton-On-Trent- up to £10,500 PER SESSION!

Medmatch are excited to announce this fantastic salaried opportunity for GP’s either newly qualified or experienced to join a dynamic, lively and supportive practice based in Burton-On-Trent

Are you looking for a new role which can offer high levels of clinical support, mentorship, and provide a healthy work/life balance to work around your childcare or out of hours commitments? This could be the perfect role for you. The practice is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and forward-thinking Salaried GP, either experienced or newly qualified to join their current long-standing clinical team a mix of young and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff.

Key benefits:

• Up to £10,500 per session(depending on experience / performance at interview)
• Full indemnity included
• 4-6 sessions per week available
• NHS pension contribution
• 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave
• Encouraging of developing special interests e.g. women's health, minor surgery, dermatology, diabetes etc.
• Very low home visits – AHV covers majority
• Training practice
• On call shared amongst the team
• Fully supporting admin and reception team in place to reduce GP’s workload
• Highly trained and skilled nursing team with on site clinical pharmacist
• Full induction available including IT and back office support along with software training
• 4-6 sessions available, flexible on days
• Weekly clinical meetings and daily huddles
• Use of online e-consultations
• Modern purpose built premises
• Flexible start and finish sessional timings available
• Committed to providing an open, friendly and supportive working environment and team ethos
• High QOF achievement and overall ‘Good’ CQC rating on all domains

Requirements

You must be a Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list.
