Remit
We're working on a Clinical Lead role with a Private Company who focus on Life Style/Preventive Health. The company employ GPs to work as Health Coaches, providing patients with a full range of tests followed by consults where their results are explained to the patient and next steps decided upon. They're looking for a GP to work as a Clinical Lead in their Head Office in North Buckinghamshire. The Clinical Lead will be required to work Clinically two days a week, explaining results and next steps to patients without having to carry out their tests or examinations. On the management day, the Clinical Lead will be required to carry out Audits on the other GPs, training new starters and answer any queries from the other GPs as the head clinician.
The Role:
Leading the Clinical Team.
Training and managing new starters.
Clinical Days seeing between 4-6 Patients per day
Auditing GPs' work at the sites under their purview
The Occasional Patient Consult if short handed.
Helping with CQC & GMC Regulations.
