Please read on to find out more about a superb, forward thinking training practice seeking a Salaried GP to join their strong existing team.

The incoming GP would be joining a well organised surgery offering a very well managed workload. The GPs are ably supported by both a comprehensive and well-trained team of allied healthcare professionals and admin support staff. The surgery operates to an e-consult first basis meaning the workflow is efficient and work can be more effectively routed to the relevant GP or healthcare professional. They are a training practice so would welcome a GP trainer or someone keen to become one. There would also be opportunity to develop interest areas and go on to run specialist clinics. The existing team of GP's are very friendly and supportive, and the Partners operate a true open-door policy, and the workload is fairly distributed.



Key Duties
  • Seeking 6-8 sessions per week
  • Workload of circa 16 consultations per session
  • 2-3 home visits per week
  • EMIS Web
  • Strong and stable team of GP Partners and Salaried GP's
  • Excellent clinical and clerical support teams
  • Training practice
  • Support on offer for newly qualified GP's




Package and Benefits
  • Up to £10,000 per session per annum depending on experience and skill set
  • Indemnity covered
  • NHS Pension enrolment
  • 6 weeks annual leave
  • 1 week study leave
  • Additional in surgery CPD time
  • Contract in line with BMA model contract




Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
  • Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
