Salaried GP Role, Southampton

Please read on to discover more about a superb training practice in Southampton seeking a Salaried GP and offering a very well managed workload.

The role is at a high achieving and well-regarded practice. The incoming GP will benefit from support provided by a comprehensive clinical support team of allied healthcare professionals. The admin side of the role is also well looked after by a knowledgeable and experienced team including medical secretaries. The surgery is a training practice so there will be opportunities to get involved in teaching and training as well as offering support to develop interest areas.



Key Duties

• 4 to 8 Sessions available
• Flexible on working days
• Well managed workload of circa 22 calls per day plus slots for face to face appointments
• Low home visits circa 1 day a week
• On call system done on a rota basis
• Opportunities to run specialist clinics

Package and Benefits

• £9,500 to £10,000 per session per annum
• Indemnity costs covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD support
• NHS Pension enrolment

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list Can consider newly qualified GP's.
