An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse in the New Addington area of Croydon.
Easily commutable from Bromley and Orpington, this training practice offers a fantastic location and even better package. There is a medium patient population size of circa 10,000 within the one site, giving you a mixed demographic and lots of variety in your days.
Your workload is very manageable as you are supported by a well-established clinical team including 3 Partners and 4 GPs. Daily duties are supported by the rapid response and Bromley healthcare team, allowing the practice to deliver all-round care. There is a strong administrative and management structure in place to assist with admin maintenance.
The practice prides itself on its near perfect QOF score and Good CQC report and modern, purpose-built site. It is looking to appoint a Practice Nurse that has primary care experience, ready to help deliver chronic disease management, asthma and COPD duties. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Diabetes, but as this is a training practice, you may be offered the chance to train in this. Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- £35,000 - £45,000 (full time equivalent), dependent on experience
- 5 weeks holiday

- Inside the M25
You have already gained some primary care experience in order to deliver your clinics, but you are seeking chance to develop in a training practice too. You may already have experience in Diabetes, but certainly will be aiming towards delivering Diabetes care too.
You are patient focussed and support an all-round care system that is integrated into the community services. You are looking for a supportive team that is very well managed to allow patient care to be your first priority.
