Job Details

Set-up of the practice:
- Excellent highly trained nursing team covering all week
- Close working relationship with other PCN partner-practices (including shared paramedic home visiting support)
- Fully supporting admin and reception team to reduce GP’s workload
- Friendly, supportive, innovative practice
- Paper-light practice
- Clinical pharmacist to support GP’s with medication reviews and prescriptions
- Overall ‘Good’ CQC on all domains
- Practice / Business Manager on site all times
- Regular clinical meetings
- Regular coffee morning huddles
