A. At Locum.co.uk, being honest (and we are always honest!! ) Like many providers, we did see a drop in demand, but we still managed to support many GP Locums to find and secure work during this time and would like to help you too! .
Q. What will the future hold for Locum GP work moving forward?
A. We are really pleased to say at Locum.co.uk we are seeing a continuous increase in demand with many new sessions coming in daily. Requests for locum sessions are increasing daily and we are looking to hear from new GP Locums who are keen to book sessions.
The Pandemic has seen a change to all of our lifestyles and daily routines and we are well aware of the impact to finding working, particularly in our sector, GP recruitment.
However, whilst we all adapt and change the way we work, we are seeing a day by day increase in regards to how many new sessions are coming in. We have various roles available for both locums and GP's seeking permanent roles. If you are growing frustrated with a lack of roles through either online platforms or your current agency, please do get in touch as we are looking to engage and work with additional locums in the West Midlands area as the business returns and grows beyond previously known levels.
