An opportunity has become available for a Pharmacist to join a modern, purpose-built GP practice in the role of Clinical Pharmacist.
You would be joining an already large multi-disciplinary team including GPs, Nurses, ANPs and Pharmacists and would achieve a managed and varied workload. You would be working autonomously in this position and therefore must possess the Independent Prescriber or Supplementary prescriber qualification to be considered. Key Duties

- Running long-term condition clinics for things like diabetes, asthma, COPD.
- Medicines Management
- Medicine usage reviews with patients
- Repeat prescriptions
- Supporting the GP and Nursing teams
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- £40,000 - £46,000 per annum (FTE) for a Clinical Pharmacist (dependent on experience and qualification)
- Indemnity and professional fees covered by the surgery
- NHS pension scheme enrolment
They do not require the applicant to have GP Surgery based experience, however you must be either an independent or supplementary prescriber to be considered What Happens Next?
