Salaried GP - with a view to a partnership

We are looking for enthusiastic salaried GP/s to join our clinical team. We currently have three partners, 2 salaried GPs and 2 regular locums.

We are situated on the edge of Weston-super-Mare – just a few minutes’ drive from Junction 21 of the M5. We are close to the sea and rural Somerset.

We are part of Pier Health Group – a super-partnership within Weston – so have very good working relations with all the other practices in the area.

We are offering £9000-£10500 per session per year (depending on experience), top-up indemnity to the NHS scheme. Six weeks pro-rata holiday plus one week study leave pro-rata.

We are a friendly team with a supportive educational environment, as demonstrated by our commitment to our weekly time protected clinical meetings.

We are happy to consider flexible working patterns, would consider part or full time and would welcome newly qualified GPs.

Start date is flexible for the right candidates.

We work from a purpose built surgery with a car park.

We use Emis Web, our list size is 11,500, unlike other areas of Weston, our population is mostly adults 25-55 and we have fewer elderly patients than our neighbouring practices.
