Salaried GP, 6-8 Sessions in Bletchley

Outstanding Salaried GP opportunity has just become available at a forward thinking and reputable medical practice based in Bletchley.

You will become a part of their long-standing and friendly clinical family, supported by an excellent highly trained practice and clinical team.

The practice recognises the increased pressure within the General Practice and are moving towards improving the working day for their GPs.

Key benefits:

•          £9,000-£10,500 per session depending on experience/performance at interview

Breakdown of practice:

•          13,000 patients
•          4 Partners
•          3 Salaried GP’s
•          Fully excellent nursing support team in place comprising of ANP,s PNs and HCA’s
•          EMIS web practice
•          Fully supporting admin & reception team in place to reduce GP’s workload
•          On site Practice Manager
•          Minor surgery, Women’s Health, Anti-Cooag and ultrasound clinics on site
•          Weekly clinical meetings
•          View to partnership available!

Typical set up of GP’s day:

•          Approx 14-15 patients in the morning
•          Approx 12-14 patients in the afternoon
•          Time allocated for admin
•          On call rota shared amongst the team
•          Very minimal home visits due to triaging system.
