Salaried GP

We are offering a superb opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Salaried  GP to join well-established, innovative training practice in Portsmouth area.

The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all of their GPs.

Salary:

• Up to £12,000 per session 

Separate financial relocation packages available for those happy to relocate

The practice:

• Friendly, supportive, innovative practice (centrally based)
• 8000 patients list
• 3 salaried GPs
• Full nursing team covering all week
• 2 ANP
• 3 HCA, 4 PN’s
• Full supporting admin and reception team
• System One
• Practice / Business Manager on site all times
• Regular clinical meetings
• Dedicated private parking

Your role:

• 13 face to face appointments and 4 telephone calls in the morning
• Coffee break each morning with the other GPs
• 13 face to face appointments and 4 telephone calls in the afternoon
• Time allocated for admin
• Clinical Pharmacist to support the GPs with medication reviews and prescribing
• Low home visits

*During the Covid - 19 outbreak the practices Medmatch are working with will be running a triage model – face to face consultations will be very rare and may be non-existent in most cases. Further clarification can be sought out on a case by case basis from the practice team*
