Innovative Training Practice Exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice in the North of Leeds. Very forward thinking this practice is redesigning the landscape of GP roles. Working closely with the CCG you will be able to take part in pilots, lead on special projects and take up a role as a Clinical Doctor, a Clinical and Non-Clinical Business Specialist or even a GP Partner. Due to expansion the GP Partners are now looking for talented GPs with a vt Partnership. This is a Training Practice. You will enjoy working alongside an extremely friendly team with lots of very experienced Partners and an outstanding Practice Manager who will all provide training, a strong induction and lots of mentoring.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including HCAs, pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, NPs and ANPs, you will have the support of care co-ordinators reducing your paperwork. You will be paid according to the responsibilities you ELECT to take on.

Salary - £76,000- £99,000 FTE + Indemnity paid, NHS pension, 6 weeks annual leave, 1- week study leave (pro-rata); Very lucrative partnership


Location -North Leeds -Lovely location; great access routes to Harrogate and surrounding areas


The surgery -

• Training practice - shortly to be a Teaching Practice

Your role -

• Clinical Doctor, Clinical and Non-Clinical Specialist and Partner considered - play to your strengths or develop your career
• Part-time and full-time considered
• Salary dependent on role; Make it what you want - flexibility according to the responsibilities you wish to take on
• No home visits; no OOH; no extended hours (as a clinical doctor)
• Very limited admin work due to support functions in place
