The surgery offers a wide range of cutting-edge facilities and equipment, including, skin surgery, cardiology, in house pharmacy team, dermatology, ENT. It has extensive computerisation, and paperwork is reduced to an absolute minimum. All GPs enjoy a monthly protected learning session, focusing on a specialist skill / topic and they run a daily mid-morning protected 30 minute 'huddle' for cross learning and sharing. The practice has FY2 and Registrars and is actively involved with Deaneries. It is also a Tier 2 sponsor. This is a practice which recognises the importance of Work Life Balance. Flexible working is the norm. 15- minute appointments.

Your role

• Up to 8 sessions per week, PT considered- flexible start and finish times (start late or early)
• 15-minute appointments
• Your ambition is your only limitation here - you can acquire a GPSI status or develop a Portfolio career, if, that is what you want

• Low patient numbers; @ 26-27 face to face per day
• Extremely low home visit ratio; No weekends or OOH
