Summary           
            
My client are a leading provider of digital and face to face primary care services across the UK , they are an innovative and ambitious provider seeking to continue growth whilst maintaining quality across the group . As a result of my clients success they are seeking an experienced GP to support and develop the current team. Due to the company offering a mixture of digital and face to face healthcare there are a range of further development opportunities within the business, GP's with special interests can also have the opportunity to develop this area further.         
            
Who will this role suit ?            
            
You will be a current practicing GP , you will feel you want to influence a larger part of the sector as well as have a keen interest in the growing digital healthcare sector  , you will be ambitious and passionate about your own career as well as the development of a team. Ideally you will have previous experience of developing clinical and non clinical candidates in a GP practice environment.   
   
You will be an ambitious GP who would want to achieve career progression. As a leader in your field you will most importantly be passionate about delivering the highest quality standards by overseeing the management of quality across a busy practice. .        
       
Hours of this role      
       
My client will consider full time or part time clinical leads. Hours are negotiable dependent on your other commitments. As a minimum they are looking for an on site presence 3 days a week although not all of this will be clinical.   
            
What will you be responsible for ?            
           
You will be responsible for clinical leadership across the UK , accountabilities include , quality , safety and effectiveness. Ensuring services comply with CQC registration , clinical leadership support to management team .          
          
Qualifications and Experience you will have?          
          
~ You will be a Current practising GP         
~ You will be a member of the RCGP         
~ You will be Registered without conditions and have a licence to practice          
~ You will be on the performers list  
~ You will have a detailed knowledge of professional regulation , CQC and evidence based

Above all you will be passionate about the sector and have a strong desire to progress within the sector
