Salaried GP (progression to partnership), Doncaster

We are recruiting for a salaried GP with a view to Partnership for one of the region’s best practices. This is a practice with a superb reputation for being forward-thinking. They are heavily engaged in reshaping and innovating to ensure the best clinical care is the focus of clinical staff reducing admin to minimal levels.  They focus. This practice is a Centre of Excellence for a number of areas including Dermatology. The CCG consult heavily to understand its success with Patient Engagement and patient satisfaction. A great opportunity for a GP to work in a truly harmonious working environment, with an open-door policy.

Salary

• £90,000 per annum FTE ; paid CPD session- (£10,000 per session) + 6 weeks Annual Leave + additional study leave by discretion

• North Doncaster Region – excellent access to M62/ M18/ M1 / A1 ,

Your role

• 8 sessions or 2 x 4 sessions FTE (- salary includes a paid CPD session)
• Very low home visits – 1 every week
• 4 pieces of paper a day
• Out of the door at 3.15 on non-duty days
• Average number sessions am and pm
• No telephone triage
• Very few scripts and paperwork. Superb admin and Care Navigation team reducing non clinical workload ferociously for GPs
• Lots of support in terms of developing areas of interest / developing your
• Paid CPD session
