Description

This practice is situated in a beautiful market town within this beautiful area of Yorkshire easily accessible from Hull, Goole, Leeds, Beverly and Bridlington. The CCG are actively working with this practice to learn why they are so successful in their utilisation of the NHS appointment application and other services it offers.  They are mentoring other practices in the country to help them mirror their success.

You will benefit from joining a highly regarded, forward-thinking team of salaried GPs and an outstanding multi-disciplinary and admin support team, within a CQC Good, Teaching and Training Practice. In beautiful purpose- built premises which house minor surgery suites and a resource library for staff and research. There are many opportunities for development and progression.

You will enjoy lower than average patient numbers per session, protected admin time, no weekends extended or OOH. This is a very friendly progressive and extremely patient focused team, and this has been recognised by the CQC. It is a very high achieving practice with high staff retention and great patient and community connections. The whole team work together to re-design the way they deliver patient services and innovation is the normal way of operating. Everything is designed to ensure the GPs time is protected and they only see the most pressing cases. There are few home visits and no OOH. The duty doctor day itself is generally lighter the normal day. The surgery has maximum QOF points across the board. Be part of a very stable team.  Newly qualified and Tier 2 applications welcome.

Salary

Up to £10,000 per annum + Indemnity + NHS Pension + paid CPD- BMA Model

Your role

• Salaried GP
• 4- 8 sessions per week
• Average of 12-13 appointments per session with protected admin time
