We are recruiting a salaried GPvTP for an excellent practice in Grimsby with a great reputation in the area within its PCN. It is noted for its emphasis on quality and willingness to innovate and promote change within the local healthcare community. The long-standing team possesses a good blend of different experiences and includes trainers and a great diverse spread of Sis. This is a very friendly team where everyone has each other’s backs. It is relaxed. There is an absolute focus on flexibility and delivering high quality care for patients and an excellent working environment.  Well-structured clinics, with protected time to manage admin, and protected, reasonable patient numbers.  Newly Qualified GPs and Tier 2 applications welcome.

Salary

• £10, 500- £11,500 per session
• Moving to 15-minute appointments

Your role

• Up to 8 sessions per week, although PT considered
• Moving to 15 minute apporintmens
• Average 12-13 oatients per session
• Reduced bureaucracy and paperwork
• Weekly MDT meetings
• No weekend or out of hours’ work
• Newly Qualified GP considered
