We are a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative training practice working across 3 CCGs on 5 up-to-date and purpose built sites across South London. We are looking for a like-minded salaried GP to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing excellent health care services to local populations.

We are currently looking for:

LEAD GP 

6-8 Sessions per week:

A unique opportunity to join us as a lead GP at our Upper Tooting site with a list size of almost 11,000 patients. 

The ideal candidate will be a confident and dynamic doctor with proven clinical, interpersonal and organisational skills ready for the challenge of your career.

We offer an enhanced salary, mentorship, excellent partner support and extended team support including HCAs, nurse practitioners, counsellors, pharmacists and physiotherapists.

Salaried GPs

Due to list growth, relocation, retirement and babies, we are offering salaried positions at our following surgeries:

  • Trevelyan House Surgery, Tooting – (SW17, list size 24,500)
  • Upper Tooting Surgery, Tooting (SW17, list size 10,500)
  • Macmillan Way Surgery (SW17, 7,000)
  • Grafton Square, Clapham (SW4, list size 5,900) 

We offer a competitive salary (depending on experience), MDU contribution, NHS Pension, support and mentorship, regular clinical meetings, 6 weeks annual leave and 1 weeks study leave. We can be flexible with sessions and start date for the right candidate. We use EMIS Web and are CQC rated “good” across all of our sites. 

Our team includes clinical pharmacists, HCAs, Nurse practitioners, counsellors and mental health workers. We teach medical students, F2 doctors and registrars. 

We have a strong team ethos across all of our practices and successful candidates will be assigned a named mentor when joining to help them settle in to their new role, as well as ongoing clinical supervision. 

We ensure our teams enjoy regular social events and partake in charity events throughout the year.  

We also hold regular team meetings, with a weekly clinical meeting held with time blocked out of clinic to attend.
