Our Client is looking for enthusiastic, motivated Independent Prescribing Pharmacists to provide excellent clinical service to their growing patient list. Interacting with Patients with the use of video and telephone, whilst in the comfort of your own home. Which has been made possible due to the team of experienced scientists, engineers and doctors who have developed an AI system, combining many of the latest advances in machine learning that can interpret the symptoms you enter and identify risk factors.

The Candidate    
The successful candidate will be registered with the GPhC for a minimum of 3 years and you must be an Independent prescriber. Previous experience within a GP Practice is desirable, but not essential.    
    
You are able to consult and prescribe in Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes and Contraception. You will be familiar with QOF areas and be able to consult patients in these areas, although not essential. You will have a passion to give an outstanding customer experience, so it is important that you are always up to date with the Strict CQC compliance process. To support this, you will have experience of completing continual Audit and Quality improvement work.    
    
Due to the nature of the role you will be providing online interactions with patients in the comfort of your own home, so having good I.T Skills and a passion for technology is essential. It is important you have experience in telephone consulting and can demonstrate clear and effective communication to patients and colleagues alike.    
    
You have the flexibility of choosing your shift pattern, but you must be able to offer a minimum of 8 hours a week which would be broken down as 2 sessions. The hours of the service are 8am- 7pm, Monday to Friday meaning no weekend shifts, giving you full autonomy to maintain a good work life balance.    
    
Requirements   

• Be an independent prescriber
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Registered for a minimum of 3 years
• Able to prescribe in Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes and Contraception
• Able to carry out clinical medication reviews
• Good I.T Skills
• Have experience with Telephone consulting
